Don't exchange body fluids.Don't share needlesReduce alcohol intake and mind-altering drugs.Reduce stress or worry. Eercise and get plenty of rest.Eat wel-balanced meals.People can be infect with the AIDS virus and look healthy.AIDS can be spread sexually from men to men, fmor men to women and frmo women to men.Remember there is no cure for AIDS.
