"Affix mirror here. You're the only one who can decide what's safe for you. It's true that oral sex isn't anywhere near as likely as unprotected anal sex to pass on HIV. If a HIV negative sex partner doesn't have cuts or sores or lesions in his mouth, it's much harder for HIV to get into his bloodstream. If he avoids cum in his mouth, the risk is a lot less. Whether you're thinking about how to avoid getting HIV, or how to avoid passing HIV on, the choice is yours. HIV transmission though oral sex has been extensively researched & written about.
